Survey: How confident do you feel traveling with SkyTeam member airlines?

To gain insight on how customers feel when traveling with SkyTeam members, a short survey has been created and is active on skyteam.com. This survey has been designed to help collect data and aid member airlines in restoring traveler confidence by understanding the very issues that may be making travelers uncomfortable.
