Over 400 Staff Participate in SkyTeam Day

More than 400 people attended the latest SkyTeam Day at Charles De Gaulle (CDG) Airport, which was organized by Air France.

The conference provided an opportunity for people to network, exchange thoughts and ideas about developments within the airport and learn about how SkyTeam can support CDG to achieve its future ambitions and projects.

Attendees included frontline staff from member airlines including Air Europa, Alitalia, China Eastern Airlines, Delta Airlines, Kenya Airways, KLM, Korean Air, Middle East Airlines and Tarom, as well as representatives from subcontracting companies that operate from CDG.

SkyTeam’s Innovation Takes Centre Stage at Airline Leader Summit

SkyTeam’s Mauro Oretti, vice president marketing and commercial synergies, headed to Ireland to speak at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit.

Now in its seventh year, the event in Dublin focused on how disruption and change is presenting the airline industry with myriad challenges and opportunities.

Mauro’s talk was entitled ‘Accelerating Investment in Innovation and Technology’. As part of his presentation, he shared examples of SkyTeam innovations that are helping to shape the future of air travel.

First Ever SkyPriority Toolkit Unveiled at Working Group Event in Amsterdam

SkyTeam’s Learning and Development (L&D) working group gathered at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to explore the latest training tools.

A series of sessions were held over two days, including a focus on the first ever L&D toolkit for SkyPriority which will soon be rolled out across the alliance.

The toolkit has been designed to leverage SkyTeam hospitality service for SkyPriority and deliver a chain of service excellence to our most valuable customers. It includes a range of robust yet easy-to-use tools that will support airline staff to deliver excellent customer service to High Value Customers traveling (HVCs) with SkyPriority.
