Seats

Four carriers are now connected to the Spine for seats.

The latest airline to connect for seats is China Eastern, who recently connected as a marketing carrier and are expected to complete as the operating carrier in February.

Vietnam Airlines are also expected to connect for seats in Q2.

Baggage Tracking

Five carriers are now connected to the Spine for baggage tracking, with all members expected to be connected by the end of 2020.

Over one million messages are now being received via the Digital Spine for Baggage Tracking – another significant milestone. This demonstrates our commitment to and progress in providing a more seamless inter-airline experience for our customers.
