At SkyTeam we’re focused on providing a seamless service for our customers, but sometimes things go wrong or events happen that are out of our control. So, we’ve created a new Learning and Development (L&D) toolkit that supports our members in difficult situations and helps them keep their customers smiling and feeling valued – whatever glitches their journey might throw at them.

The resource is designed to help customer-service agents maintain hospitality principles during service recovery, with various training activities and a variety of flexible tools created to help agents deliver a positive and memorable experience.

We’ve developed the toolkit in conjunction with our members’ L&D representatives, covering topics such as stress management and baggage-service talking points.

There are self-learning and facilitated-learning options, with each lesson brought to life through animated videos and GIF images. The packages also include handy guides for teachers and learners, learning certificates and clickable quizzes.
