SkyPriority continues to deliver superior service during the pandemic

As our most loyal customers prepare to travel, SkyTeam and its members are working hard to create a sense of familiarity for them, despite the different world in which we now live.

Elite Plus, First and Business Class passengers can still enjoy all the same SkyPriority benefits, greater speed and convenience at airports worldwide. However, some priority services may have been adjusted to ensure a safer travel journey.

At dedicated SkyPriority check-in and baggage drop-off counters, security and immigration lanes and ticket offices and transfer desks, personal safety measures have been put in place. Depending on the airport, these might include floor markers to encourage social distancing, hand sanitizer stations, plexiglass screens and more.

When it comes to boarding, customers will continue to have a choice as to whether they board the aircraft first or whenever they prefer via the SkyPriority lane. And on arrival at their destination, they will still be among the first to grab their baggage off the belt.

As customers travel and connect across any of the alliance’s member airlines, they can be confident that SkyTeam continues to deliver the safest and most seamless travel experience for them.
