SkyTeam Rebooking hits 100-airport roll-out milestone three months early as Delta CEO meets staff in Amsterdam
SkyTeam Rebooking recently reached its 100-airport milestone target three months ahead of schedule, an achievement which coincided with Delta CEO Ed Bastian's visit to SkyTeam’s headquarters in Amsterdam.Mr Bastian was joined by Delta President Glen Hauenstein, and President – International & E.V.P. – Global Sales Steve Sear to host a special town hall event, where he shared his vision of SkyTeam’s future and how we can continue to create value for members and customers.
He also took the opportunity to mark the success of SkyTeam Rebooking, which is now available at over 100 airports across the alliance – including John F. Kennedy International Airport, Incheon International Airport, London Heathrow, Hong Kong International Airport and Sao Paulo International Airport.
As part of the celebrations, he also recognized the hard work of Pam Aylward in implementing this initiative, as well as congratulating Vice President Customer Experience & Commercial Mauro Oretti for 10 years of service at SkyTeam.
SkyTeam Rebooking allows agents from any member airline to rebook customers onto any other SkyTeam member flight direct from their own system.
