Elite Customer Recognition enhancements set to benefit more than four million High Value Customers

This is why we’ve revolutionized our Elite Customer Recognition process so that our High Value Customers are recognized properly.

It’s been three years in development, but we have now launched a new system that brings our data in-house, which incorporates multiple data validation checks. This improved structure gives us more control and enhances data integrity. Even more importantly, it enhances the experience for four million-plus SkyTeam Elite and SkyTeam Elite Plus customers.

The multiple validation checks ensure that the data in our database is correct and matches the information sent from each Frequent Flyer Program (FFP), they also ensure each PPS provider, Amadeus, Deltamatic, Sabre and Travelsky, have the correct data. This way we can ensure that no matter which carrier an elite member is traveling, they will always be recognized.

The development represents the latest technology to be developed by SkyTeam, and is a great example of a customer-focused initiative aimed at driving loyalty across our alliance.
