SkyTeam beats off fierce competition to be named finalists in prestigious customer experience awards

SkyTeam is vying for success in the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA®), competing with the likes of IBM, HSBC and Samsung.

Organized by Awards International, the ICXA® celebrates the incredible work done by CX professionals all over the world.

The awards represent some of the highest accolades in the world of customer experience and SkyTeam already has reason to celebrate after beating off fierce competition to be shortlisted in four categories.

SkyTeam is in the running for:

  • Customers at the Heart of Everything, for SkyPriority
  • Customer-Centric Culture (over 10,000 employees), for SkyPriority
  • Best Measurement in Customer Experience (over 5,000 employees), for SkyPriority Audit Panel App
  • Customer Experience in the Crisis (Government Services and Aviation), for SkyCare&Protect
