This is why we’re inviting employees across our member airlines to become observers too, by signing up to the SkyPriority Audit app.

From gamification to greater synchronicity with social media, we’ve added a host of new features that make it easier than ever to share feedback and suggestions.

Now we need you to put them to the test, so that together we can help an alliance that’s truly fit for the future.

Improved functionalities mean you can become an observer in a matter of clicks, with the ability to login via your Facebook account for added convenience.

And the gamification elements allow you to see where you rank in the community, providing a platform for you to have fun and compete against your colleagues.

 

SkyTeam launched the SkyPriority Audit app in 2016, making us the the first alliance to use mobile technology to survey customer satisfaction on-the-go. By letting us know what we’re doing well as well as identifying areas we could improve, the app helps to ensure consistent standards at every SkyPriority touchpoint – from check-in to baggage collection.

It also also recognises and rewards users for their input via a ‘Your Contribution’ rating system. As an observer, this will enable you to see how many reviews you’ve submitted, awarding you with badges for reaching targets such as the number of comments or pictures you upload.
