SkyTeam is continuing to deliver a seamless customer experience thanks to an innovative solution that will make it easier than ever to plan and book trips across our 20 member airlines.The comprehensive flight-search tool enables customers to check real-time availability, schedule and pricing information across 1,074 destinations, harnessing the full scale of our global network and presenting results clearly and concisely in one place.
The metasearch engine aggregates all options across all 20 member airlines. It marks the latest in a series of technology solutions we’ve launched this year alone, all of which have one clear purpose: to enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint.
It comes after the launch in June of SkyLink Digital Spine, which will gradually make it easier for customers to book ancillary products across different member airlines; SkyTeam Rebooking, an industry-leading tool that minimizes the inconvenience of flight delays and cancellations; and our interactive airport maps.
