Super-user GUI launch puts high-value customers front and centre

SkyTeam recently launched a brand-new application designed to ensure high-value customers always receive the recognition they deserve.

Released on 13 Aug, the super-user GUI uses the newly developed Loyalty API to enable selected users within a member airline to check the status of any Elite and Elite+ FFP customer in real-time, while also allowing them to add in missing data and edit incorrect information that may be present within ECR.

This new application will help us to ensure that we can continue to consistently and appropriately recognize high-value customers at any point along their travel journey.

ECR was launched in November 2018 and as of 12 September 2019, it contains information on 4.3 million Elite members and 2.4 million Elite+ members from all 19 SkyTeam airlines.
