Celebrations in order as the winners of the first-ever MyTeam Awards are announced

Working together and uniting our capabilities is what sets SkyTeam apart and enables us to achieve what we do. The MyTeam Awards were launched in October to shine a spotlight on collaboration of all shapes and sizes.

We wanted to celebrate the people who join forces to deliver moments of excellence across our alliance.

There were two trophies up for grabs: the Inspirational Individual Award and the Dynamic Team Award. Ninety people across 17 member airlines were put forward for recognition.

There were so many worthy entries that the judges had their work cut out trying to choose just one winner for each award.

After much deliberation, they chose Rohan Patell of KLM as the winner of the Inspirational Award while the Dynamic Team Award went to the people behind SkyTeam’s China Corporate Connection program.

Mauro Oretti, Vice President of Marketing & Commercial Synergies, said: “These were the first ever SkyTeam Awards and we were delighted with the response from our members around the globe.

“The high caliber of entries demonstrated how people at SkyTeam are passionate about collaborating to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

“Judging was incredibly difficult. The judging panel is pleased to announce the winners – well done to everyone.”
