Female colleagues at SkyTeam and our member airlines are celebrating after completing a program designed to unlock their potential and create a more sustainable and equitable industry.
Created to support member airlines in achieving their IATA 25by2025 goals, SkyTeam’s RISE Female Leadership Program provides mentoring, training and support to enable SkyTeam and member airline high-potential female leaders to flourish.
Since the inaugural program launched in 2022, participants have been championing diversity and inclusion across the alliance. They have been working hard to promote inclusion, enhance female leadership skills among their colleagues, and help to set up female leadership networks at their airlines.
In their final meeting on March 30, future female leaders presented the findings of the Capstone Project they worked on throughout the year.
A team of participants including representatives from China Airlines, China Eastern, Korean Air and Vietnam Airlines was awarded for their outstanding performance and the efforts they put into the research.
