Under the leadership of Andy Lui, the Future of SkyTeam Team is placing its focus on developing new value propositions for our member airlines.

Here are the key projects that will help to foster the collaboration, co-innovation and cocreation to make that a reality:

The Future of SkyTeam unit will define and implement the innovation operating model. We will be exploring options and building a member innovation portal platform, defining the approach and methodology to curate problem statements and ideas. The team will funnel topics through design thinking exploration to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) candidates, and mature the co-innovation process and pipeline via member governance. Together with our members, SkyTeam aims to lead the future of travel.
