SkyTeam Next Generation set to launch in the new year

To further strengthen our alliance and ensure we continue to deliver a great customer experience, we’re now introducing a new governance model designed to make us truly fit for the future.

SkyTeam Next Generation will replace our former governance structure with a more dynamic operating model.

This will introduce more flexibility, giving carriers the option to move at different speeds – without leaving anyone behind. It will also lead to accelerated decision-making and allow us to focus on the priorities of our members.

This will enable us to move at speed in a world that is evolving rapidly, encouraging greater carrier engagement and representation while enhancing leadership from core carriers.

The result? A more agile and effective organization that can focus on improving the customer experience through the development of innovative technology.

SkyTeam Next Generation has now been approved by the Governing Board and will be in place from January 1st.
