Representatives at Charles De Gaulle Airport learn more about the benefits of utilizing the SkyTeam family
Developments, infrastructure and innovation were three themes explored at a SkyTeam day during Charles De Gaulle Airport, a key Alliance hub.The aim of the event, hosted by Air France, was to demonstrate how the SkyTeam family can help the airport achieve its future ambitions and projects.
More than 100 delegates were in attendance, including representatives from Air France, SkyTeam (SAAM), Aeroport de Paris, authorities and SkyTeam member airlines operating within CDG.
Guests took part in six break-out sessions covering a range of topics, including data management and artificial intelligence; products and services; airport customer experience; connections and performance; IROPS; and airport development.
Feedback from the day proved really positive, with delegates praising the varied content and the opportunity to network with lots of people.
