SkyPriority marks a major milestone
Starting this month, celebratory activities are taking place across our alliance to mark 10 years of SkyPriority excellenceWhen SkyTeam launched SkyPriority in March 2012, we became the first airline alliance to align branded airport services for premium customers.
Since then, hundreds of millions of customers have benefited from the services offered at eight key touchpoints on their airport journey.
SkyPriority was initially developed by Delta Air Lines. Launched in 2010, it proved so successful that SkyTeam developed the concept for alliance-wide implementation.
Today, all 18 member airlines proudly deliver SkyPriority. And thanks to your dedication, our highest value customers say they love the priority services they receive.
To celebrate this alliance-wide success, we’ve created a range of materials that will support airport staff to take pride in everything they have achieved, including a (duty) briefing session and guide, animated video and infographic timeline. You can download these materials here.
