The number of people benefiting from SkyCleared continues to grow

More customers are now benefiting from a safer, touchless and more seamless experience thanks to the ongoing roll out of SkyCleared.

A SkyCleared indicator on the customer’s boarding pass shows they comply with all COVID-19 travel requirements for their journey and are authorized to fly. This means customers only need their COVID-19 health documents validated once for their entire itinerary.

The innovation from SkyTeam also benefits our member airlines by saving time and eliminating the need for further checks by frontline airline employees – including at boarding.

SkyCleared is live at Air Europa, Aeromexico, China Airlines, Czech Airlines, Kenya Airways, Korean Air and TAROM. If all goes as planned, we expect Saudia to follow soon, as will Air France-KLM, Delta, Garuda, and MEA.

The rollout is now gathering pace across all member airlines for same-carrier nonstop and connecting itineraries; some members have already expanded the SkyCleared scope to include multi-carrier trips.
